| What should you do for an Invalid Username or Password? |
Please go to Password Reminder http://www.altech.com.au/forgotpassword.aspx.
Type in the login email address, select the Branch and click Retrieve Password button. The password will be emailed to your login email address.
Please wait for 15 minutes for the login account to be active if your login has just been created by your Altech Account manager.
Contact your Account Manager for further assistance if you still have problems.

| When logged into the Altech dealer zone, goto to order tracking then 'Wish List' your saved cart(s) can be reloaded here. |

| Can I download the csv file without logging into the dealer zone ? |
| Yes, the hyperlink for the dealer price lists are in csv format which can be used outside of the Altech dealer zone. To get the URL for the dealer price lists, logon onto the Altech dealer zone, right click on "Dealer Price List csv file" and select "copy shortcut" and paste this into a new IE window. |
